How long does a free consultation take?
About 20 minutes. We'll learn about your situation, explain how mediation works, and answer any questions you have — with no pressure to commit.
Does my spouse need to be on the call?
Yes. When no attorneys are involved, initial consultations are done with both parties. We can meet with each of you separately before any joint sessions begin.
Can we meet on Zoom?
Yes. Initial consultations are done via Zoom.
What if we already have attorneys?
We offer caucus-style mediation for cases where both parties have legal counsel. Each party meets privately with the mediator, with their attorney present throughout.
How quickly can we get started?
Most clients are able to schedule their first session within a few weeks of their initial consultation.
